Our Goldilocks’ are one of the easier mushrooms to cultivate and, much like us humans, tend to fruit best in temperatures around 70F. Since they aren’t massive yielders and can be grown year-round, they’re a nice option for any hobbyist looking to get their feet wet without having to just dive into the pool. Though some say Goldilocks gives off a fruit aroma, when cooked through expect a comforting nutty flavor reminiscent of cashews.
